Torino V Catania Preview

Torino will face their final Serie A fixture of the season on Sunday evening, hoping to end the campaign with a victory.

If results were to go their way, the Granata could still finish as high as 14th - which would be their highest finish for over a decade - so despite being clear of relegation, there should still be some motivation to emerge victorious.

However, Giampiero Ventura is expected to use this match as an opportunity to play some of the fringe players in the squad - with Ferdinando Coppola, Marko Bakic, Dolly Menga, Jonathas and Abou Diop all expected to play some part in the game.

With Captain Rolando Bianchi almost certain to leave the club when his contract expires in the summer, this should be his last game for the club, and it will give the fans an opportunity to show their thanks to the popular striker.

Catania also have something to play for, as they look to hold on to 8th position and that will hopefully lead to an entertaining game to end the season.

Prediction
Torino 2-2 Catania
