Torino all but secured their Serie A status with a vital 3-0 victory over Genoa at the Stadio Grande Torino on Thursday evening.
Moreno Longo once again chose to line up with Simone Zaza and Andrea Belotti up front, with Simone Verdi offering support in a 3-4-1-2 formation.
The away started the better, and Salvatore Sirigu made a good save to deny Andrea Pinamonti from Iago Falque's cross.
However, just as he had done in the reverse fixture, Bremer headed Toro into the lead, this time from Simone Verdi's inswinging corner.
At the start of the second half, Toro were once again thankful for Sirigu, as the Italian international made three excellent saves in quick succession to deny Antonio Sanabria, Lasse Schöne and Andrea Pinamonti.
Toro then doubled their lead with fifteen minutes remaining, as excellent work from Andrea Belotti then allowed substitute Sasa Lukic to curl home from outside the area.
There was still time for the Torino captain to score in a seventh consecutive game, as Belotti fired a left footed rocket past Mattia Perin to seal all three points for the Granata.

Torino v Genoa Preview
Moreno Longo may revert to the Simone Verdi, Simone Zaza and Andrea Belotti trident that worked well in the victory against Brescia.
Genoa can cut the gap between the two sides to just one point with a victory, and will be buoyed by the fact their victory against SPAL at the weekend was their first since the restart.
Iago Falque, who is on loan from Torino, could feature for the away side having scored twice in his last five matches.

Torino 3-1 Brescia
Torino boosted their hopes of avoiding relegation by coming from behind to beat Brescia on Wednesday evening.
Moreno Longo named an attacking line up, with Simone Zaza partnering Andrea Belotti in attack, with Simone Verdi providing support for the duo.
Toro made a bright start, and were unlucky to see Verdi's effort from just outside the area rebound off the bar.
However, they then went behind in comical fashion, as a hopeful long ball by Birkir Bjarnason rebounded off Soualiho Meite and fell perfectly into the path of Ernesto Torregrossa who finished well.
Toro seemed shell shocked at going behind, and the away side could have made it 2-0 just before half time, but Torregrossa headed wide.
The Granata needed a big second half, and they made the perfect start just three minutes into the restart. Simone Verdi's volley was heading off target before it took a deflection off Ales Mateju and creeped into Jesse Joronen's near post.

Genoa v Torino Preview
Two successive draws have hampered Toro's European aspirations, but the Granata did achieve one of their best victories of the season in this stadium back in November - a 4-1 win over Sampdoria.
Andrea Belotti returns to the squad following suspension, whilst Ola Aina could be preferred to Lorenzo De Silvestri at right wing back.
Genoa have been in poor form since surprisingly beating Juventus last month, and have lost three of their last four matches - including the derby with Sampdoria last weekend.

Torino 2-1 Genoa
Torino came from behind to claim a vital three points as they beat 10 men Genoa 2-1 on Sunday afternoon.
Walter Mazzarri urged for Toro to make a positive start in Saturday's pre match press conference, and stayed true to his word by naming an attacking starting eleven.
Iago Falque, Simone Zaza and Andrea Belotti started together for the first time, whilst Tomas Rincon returned from suspension in midfield.
Toro did make a bright start, with Cristian Ansaldi a constant threat on the left wing, but it was Genoa who had the first chance of the game on the counter attack when Krzysztof Piątek hit the post.
The Granata responded well and Andrea Belotti went close with a glancing header that went narrowly wide of the post. The game changed when former Hellas Verona player Romulo was sent off for Genoa, after the Brazilian received two yellow cards in the space of just three minutes.
However, it was Genoa who took the lead despite their numerical disadvantage as Christian Kouame took advantage of some terrible Toro defending from a corner to poke home.
In first half injury time, Torino equalised thanks to Cristian Ansaldi's excellent volley from outside of the area.
Incredibly, straight from the kick off, Toro regained the ball and won a penalty when Iago Falque was upended in the area by former Tottenham midfielder Sandro. Andrea Belotti stepped up to score the penalty to give the Granata a surprising half time lead.

Torino v Genoa Preview
Torino host Genoa on Sunday afternoon looking for a first home victory since a 3-2 win over Frosinone in early October.
Coach Walter Mazzarri has recovered from illness and will be back on the bench, whilst Tomas Rincon is now available following suspension.
Rincon is one of a number of former Genoa players currently in the Toro squad, alongside Armando Izzo, Cristian Ansaldi and Iago Falque who will all be hoping to start the game.
Genoa are without a victory in their last seven Serie A games, however, they have already achieved one surprise result in Turin this season, as they drew 1-1 with Juventus two months ago.

Genoa 1-2 Torino
Torino won away at Genoa for the first time since 1981 as they ended the season on a high with a 2-1 victory on Sunday afternoon.
Despite rumours that Nicolas Burdisso may retire at the end of the season, the Argentine defender was left on the bench with Kevin Bonifazi being preferred. Elsewhere, Alex Berenguer came in to replace the injured Adem Ljajic, and Vanja Milinkovic-Savic made a rare start in goal.
Toro took the lead after half an hour, as Andrea Belotti cleverly cut the ball back for Iago Falque to score from close range.
Genoa had a number of half chances, with Iuri Medeiros going closest for the home side with a free kick.
Torino doubled their lead after fifty-eight minutes when Cristian Ansaldi crossed for the unmarked Daniele Baselli who side-footed home.
With ten minutes remaining, Goran Pandev reduced the deficit with a controversial goal, as it looked as though Cristian Molinaro had been fouled in the build up, but despite VAR interference, it was allowed to stand.
Moments later, Cristian Ansaldi was sent off after receiving a second yellow card for a foul on Stephane Omeonga. Pandev had a great chance to rescue a point in the dying minutes, but his attempted lob bounced off the top of the crossbar as Toro held on to all three points.
This victory, coupled with Sampdoria's defeat later on in the day, meant that Torino finished the season in 9th place for the second consecutive season.

Torino ended 2017 on a disappointing note as they could only manage a 0-0 draw with Genoa on Saturday afternoon - their 10th stalemate of the season.
Nicolas Burdisso and Joel Obi replaced Lyanco and Daniele Baselli as expected, whilst M'Baye Niang was deployed as a central striker in the absence of the injured Andrea Belotti.
Toro made a bright start, and M'Baye Niang curled a left footed narrowly over the bar in the early stages. Nicolas Burdisso and Nicolas N'Koulou both came close to scoring from set pieces as the Granata were dominating the first half.
However, at the other end, Goran Pandev fired a shot wide of Salvatore Sirigu's far post to show the visitors were still a threat.
Alex Berenguer almost gave Torino the lead in sensational fashion, but the Spaniard's long range shot was tipped over the bar by Mattia Perin.

Torino v Genoa Preview
Andrea Belotti suffered an injury in training in the week, and is added to Toro's lengthy list of absentees, alongside Lyanco, Cristian Ansaldi, Antonio Barreca, Adem Ljajic and Simone Edera.
Thankfully, Belotti's injury is not as serious as first feared, and the Toro captain should hopefully be back after the Serie A winter break.
Genoa's form has improved since the appointment of Davide Ballardini as coach in November and they have won two of their last four matches, including last weekend against Benevento.

Torino fell to a second successive Serie A defeat after a 2-1 defeat against lowly Genoa on Sunday afternoon.
The home side started the brighter, as they knew that a victory could secure their Serie A status and took the lead just after the half hour mark when Luca Rigoni turned in a free kick from close range.
Toro were struggling to create chances against their more motivated hosts, who doubled their lead ten minutes into the second half when Giovanni Simeone was on hand to score after Joe Hart parried Darko Lazovic's initial shot.
Toro did get a goal back in the dying minutes when Adem Ljajic's free kick deflected off the wall and into the net - but there was to be no way back for the Granata.

Genoa v Torino Preview
Torino will travel to Genoa for their last away game of the season on Sunday afternoon looking for redemption after last weekend's embarrassing home defeat.
Sinisa Mihajlovic has said that he demands a reaction from his players following their 5-0 home defeat against Napoli, and the team have been in ritiro in order to prepare for this match.
Andrea Belotti is still in the hunt for the Capocannoniere, but is three goals behind Edin Dzeko who has 28 goals for the campaign.
Genoa are only two points above the relegation zone and are desperate for a victory in order to maintain their Serie A status for next season.

Torino doubled that lead ten minutes later, and this time it was Afriyie Acquah who laid on the exquisite assist for Immobile, and the former Genoa man finished sensationally past Perin once again.
However, the home side were gifted a way back into the match as Cristian Molinaro conceded a second penalty in consecutive games after a rash challenge on Cristian Ansaldi.

Torino 3-3 Genoa
Torino scored and then conceded in injury time to conclude an error-ridden but highly entertaining 3-3 draw with Genoa on Wednesday night.
With Saturday's derby against Juventus in mind, Giampiero Ventura chose to rest Bruno Peres, Daniele Baselli and Fabio Quagliarella - with Andrea Belotti partnering Maxi Lopez up front.
Genoa took the lead mid-way through the first half when Daniele Padelli misjudged a punched clearance from a deflected cross and that allowed Diego Laxalt to head in.
Toro were back level two minutes later when Ezequiel Munoz failed to deal with a long ball, and fellow Argentine Maxi Lopez nipped in to finish past Mattia Perin.

Daniele Baselli and Bruno Peres both came off the bench as Toro looked for a winner, and they thought they had one in the 89th minute and once again it arrived in comical fashion. Marco Benassi's header was initially saved by Mattia Perin, but then ricocheted off the knee of former Torino midfielder Panagiotis Tachtsidis before trickling over the line.
However, there was more drama still to come and in the fourth minute of injury time, Genoa scored their equaliser as Diego Perotti's cross was headed home by Laxalt for his second of the game.

Toro were back level two minutes later when Ezequiel Munoz failed to deal with a long ball, and fellow Argentine Maxi Lopez nipped in to finish past Mattia Perin.

Torino v Genoa Preview
With the derby against Juventus coming up on Saturday, Giampiero Ventura may decide to rest a few players, and that could mean fringe players Sanjin Prcic and Josef Martinez may come into the side.
Genoa have struggled on the road this season, losing four of their five fixtures away from the Stadio Luigi Ferraris, including a 2-0 defeat against Empoli last time out.
However back in May, in the last meeting between the two sides it was Genoa who came out convincing 5-1 winners.
